Revised Practice Note SC CL 2 - Supreme Court Common Law Division - Criminal Proceedings

Amendments recently made to the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 allow for the mandatory case management of trials where the indictment has been presented after 1 September 2013. The amendments provide for the issue of a Practice Note stipulating the time frames for prosecution and defence disclosure. Revised Practice Note SC CL 2 Supreme Court Common Law Division - Criminal Proceedings has been issued pursuant to those amendments. The Practice Note commences 1 October 2013.
