NCAT Project Update

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) will begin operations on 1 January 2014. A Corporate Services Coordinating Committee is working on the integration of corporate service functions of different tribunals. The eighth edition of the NCAT newsletter is out now and features an update on the expected introduction of the NCAT legislation.
