NSW chief justice re-issues three practice notes

Chief Justice T F Bathurst yesterday re-issued Practice Notes: SC GEN 18 - Production of and access to subpoenaed material and returning exhibits and subpoenaed material in civil proceedings; SC CCA 1 - Court of Criminal Appeal - General ; and SC Gen 3 - Copying of court documents. The Practice Notes commence on 7 October 2013 and replace former versions issued, 3 January 2012 , 14 October 2005 , and 16 June 2010, respectively.
