Australian Association of Constitutional Law (AACL) seminar

The next AACL seminar is on tonight at 5:30 pm (Federal Court, Court 18B). Dr Gabrielle Appleby (Adelaide Law School) will present a paper entitled "State Law and Order Regimes and the High Court: Past, Present and Future". The commentators are Mr Bret Walker SC and Mr Nicholas Cowdery AM QC. The seminar will be chaired by the president of the Court of Appeal, the Hon Justice Margaret Beazley AO.
