The Professional Certificate in Arbitration is designed to provide students with an understanding and appreciation of the role of Arbitration and the process and legislative framework of commercial arbitration in Australia. The program is jointly offered by the University of Adelaide and The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA) nationally.
