Legal Aid NSW amends Local Court Criminal Law Policy

At the June Board meeting the Legal Aid NSW Board approved an amendment to the Local Court Criminal Law Policy in relation to Local Court defended hearings. The changes apply to applications for legal aid received on or after 4 November 2013: See Policy Bulletin for further details.
