Crime in context: victimisation, offending, disadvantage and civil legal problems

While social and economic disadvantage has also been linked with crime victimisation and offending, the relationship between civil legal problems, crime and disadvantage has received little attention. The Law and Justice Foundation of NSW has published a new analysis on the coincidence of civil legal and crime problems.
