Tonight, 20 November, at 5.15pm, Professor Fiona de Londras (Durham Law School, UK), Dr Fergal Davis (UNSW, Law) and Dr Jessie Blackbourn (UNSW, Law) will discuss the apropriateness and quality of judicial review of counter-terrorist measures. The seminar will be chaired by Sarah Pritchard SC, chair of the NSW Bar Association's Human Rights Committee.
