The Federal Court of Australia has opened a US currency account with Westpac Bank as a litigantsâ fund under Division 2.5 of the Federal Court Rules. The court has also entered into an MOU with Customs, which will provide assistance with the arrest of ships under the Admiralty Act 1988 (Cth). Learn more here.
