Survey on family violence amendments to the Family Law Act

The Australian Institute of Family Studies is conducting research to evaluate the impact of amendments to the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) introduced by the Family Law Legislation _Amendment (Family Violence and Other Measures) Act 2011_ (Cth). This research has been commissioned and funded by the Commonwealth Attorney General’s Department. The project includes a survey of family law professionals about their views and experience of these family violence amendments. All lawyers (solicitors and barristers) are invited to participate in this survey, which is a critical part of the research.
