NCAT health practitioner proceedings meeting

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) began operations on 1 January 2014. To facilitate the transition of Health Profession Tribunal matters into NCAT, a "liaison group" with representatives from the Health Professional Councils Authority (HPCA) and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) will meet on 7 February 2014 at 10:00 AM. Barristers who practise in the area of health practitioner (regulatory and/or registration) proceedings at tribunal level and who wish to attend this meeting should register their interest with Christine Campbell, principal legal officer at the Health Professional Councils Authority.
