President Phil Boulten SC hit the airwaves following Premier Barry O'Farrell announced that mandatory minimum sentences would be included in a raft of measures to curb drug and alcohol fuelled assaults in Sydney's CBD. Boulten SC provided comment for ABC Newcastle, ABC 702 and ABC TV news bulletins, as well as The Australian and Sydney Morning Herald. He also granted lengthy interviews for 2GB's Night Time program, with Steve Price and the 2UE Breakfast show with John Stanley.
