Supreme Court improves online probate notices

The Supreme Court has announced improvements to its online probate notices. A Notice of Intended Distribution in deceased estates where the court has issued a grant of representation can be drafted and published online, and the court's website includes detailed instructions. It has also enhanced the Notice of Intended Application for Probate, Administration or Reseal, which was published through the Online Registry since 21 January 2013. Improvements to the online Notice of Filing Accounts will also be published in the coming days.
