Legislation to note: amendments to the UCPR

On 29 November 2013 the Uniform Rules Committee approved amendments to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules replacing the current Part 3 that deals with Electronic Case Management. The amendments to the rules have been published on the NSW Legislation website and the amendments will commence on Monday, 10 February 2014. The text of the amended rules can be found here.
