Online Registry in NSW courts

The Electronic Transactions (ECM Courts) Amendment (Civil Matters) Order 2014, made under the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 was published on the NSW Legislation website (and commenced) on Friday, 7 February 2014. The object of the order is to establish Online Registry as an electronic case management system, and to authorise the use of Online Registry in civil proceedings in the Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court.
