ABA says Queensland should go back to the drawing board on gangs & lawyers

Newly appointed ABA President Mark Livesey QC has urged Queensland Premier Campbell Newman to brush up his understanding of the role lawyers in the Australian legal system following comments that lawyers should only represent select people and interests. Read the ABA media release here.
