TOMORROW: Offers of Compromise and Calderbank Offers

This seminar will be presented by Andrew Combe. The session will review the decision of Whitney and the amendments to rule 20.26 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules as well as the use of the “Calderbank” offer to act as a fall back if an offer of compromise is held invalid.
