ABA comments on the rule of law in Nauru

The vice-president of the Australian Bar Association, Fiona McLeod SC, was interviewed yesterday by Radio Australia regarding the resignation of the former chief justice of Nauru and the rule of law in that country. Furthermore, Victorian barrister Simon Kenny spoke about what the chief justice's resignation means for detained asylum seekers facing charges over last year's riots.
