Melbourne Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Centre launched

Victorian Attorney-General Robert Clark and the chief justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Hon Marilyn Warren AC QC yesterday joined the Victorian Bar and Law Institute of Victoria in launching the new Melbourne Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Centre, to be headquartered in the William Cooper Justice Centre in William Street.
