Papers to note: Access to Justice Arrangements

The Productivity Commission has released its draft report, Access to Justice Arrangements. The commission was asked by the previous federal government to undertake an inquiry into Australia’s system of civil dispute resolution with a view to constraining costs. The commission invites interested people and organisations to make a written submission by 21 May 2014.
