The next tutorial in this year’s series of tutorials on Australian legal history will be delivered by the Hon Arthur Emmett AO QC, on The Roman Consensual Contracts: Sale, Hire and Partnership – tonight, Tuesday, 15 May 2018.

This will be followed by: - Professor Mark Lunney, History the law of tort on Tuesday 19 June 2018 - The Hon J Campbell QC, History of Equity, in two parts, on Wednesday 25 July and Wednesday 22 August 2018

All tutorials will be held in at 5.15pm in Banco Court.
