Legislation to note: amendments to the Local Court Rules

The Local Court (Amendment No 9) Rule 2018 (NSW) has been published on Legislation NSW and has commenced. The object of this rule is to amend the Local Court Rules 2009, as a consequence of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Committals and Guilty Pleas) Act 2017 and Criminal Procedure Amendment (Committals and Guilty Pleas) Regulation 2018.
