Chief Justice T F Bathurst AC has re-issued Practice Note SC CL 5 – General Case Management List. This Practice Note applies to Urgent Applications in civil proceedings in the Common Law Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. The revised version has been published on the NSW Legislation website and commenced operation today, 18 May 2018.
