Changes to NSW law relating to discounts for guilty pleas are now in force and in September there will be very significant changes to sentencing options. The 4th edition of Stephen Odgers book on NSW sentencing law (“Sentence”) is now available and deals with these reforms in detail, as well as other recent developments in sentencing law. It is available from odgers.net and also the Co-op Bookshop.
