Reminder: state funeral for Sir Laurence Street

We have been advised that there will be a state funeral for Sir Laurence on Thursday, 5 July in the Concert Hall at the Sydney Opera House. The service will commence at 9:30 AM and it is requested that those wishing to attend should be seated by no later than 9:20 AM.

The chief justice has asked the judiciary to put back their matters to not before 11:30 AM to allow members of the profession to attend the funeral but practitioners should check the court list on the day.
