EOI - Contributions Assessors for the Dust Diseases Tribunal

The Dust Diseases Tribunal have called for expressions of interest from suitably qualified legal practitioners who are prepared to provide Contributions Assessment Determination services. I encourage members of the junior bar to apply for appointment to the panel. The Dust Diseases Tribunal is a court of record established by the Dust Diseased Tribunal Act 1989 (NSW). The Tribunal can provide training on the process involved in assessment for successful applicants.
