Bar FC storms home with a 3-0 win against BT in the DSL game today

With Sir Alex away, and Bar FC keen to maintain its 4th position for the upcoming semi-finals, we were up against BT this afternoon. It did not take long for Bar FC to show its dominance with our first goal at the 5 minute mark by Anthony Canceri. At the 6 minute 30 second mark, Chadd launched a ball into the back of the net from a difficult, nearly side on shot.

Then BT launched its counter attack, with our sweeper Larish marshalling a strong defence, and two great saves from our fill in goal keeper, Philips. Early in the 2nd half, Di Michiel was successful in caressing the back of the nets with a penalty shot, taking Bar FC to a 3-nil lead. Olsen and Chadd played well up front. A great attempt at goal from Liu in the last five minutes nearly saw another Bar FC goal. Hartford-Davis was dominant in the mid-field. Patchildhino demonstrated he is back to form with some great defence.

Full time saw Bar FC take the match 3-0. The Team today was:
