Tonight Ian Hemmings SC of Martin Place Chambers will present a seminar on how to run a fully electronic hearing in a paperless environment.

The Land and Environment Court has introduced a system of paperless trials for a number of matters, eliminating the need to bring large volumes of documents to court. The application of this new technology brings potential benefits for the courts and practitioners alike.
