The equitable briefing reporting year closed on 30 June. Reports are due on 30 September.

This year, reports must be provided to the Law Council directly through its reporting portal. The portal for counsel is here.

You can find the Law Council’s Guidelines, including templates for record-keeping and reporting, here.
