McAvoy SC receives QUT awards

Tony McAvoy SC has been named QUT Outstanding Alumnus of the Year and also received the Faculty of Law’s Outstanding Alumnus Award. Mr McAvoy graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from QUT in 1988 and was admitted to the New South Wales Bar in 2000. In 2015 he became Australia's first Indigenous senior counsel. Learn more here.
