In most Early Appropriate Guilty Plea case conferences, the NSW ODPP prosecutors will participate by AVL, while the defence lawyer can choose between attending a conference at a Legal Aid office or by AVL using their own device. Case conferences can be be arranged through JUST Connect, a web-based system used to book AVL studios at correctional centres and Legal Aid offices.
