Workers Compensation Amendment (Latest Index Number) Regulation (No 2) 2018 (NSW)

The object of this Regulation is to update an index number that is used for the purpose of indexation of benefits under the Workers Compensation Act 1987. This Regulation is made under the Workers Compensation Act 1987, including sections 79 (definition of latest index number) and 280 (the general regulation-making power).
