The Bar Association's 2014 Drug Law Reform discussion paper was cited in a Sydney Morning Herald article, "Richard Branson backs church-led push to decriminalise drugs in NSW".
Bar Association president, Arthur Moses, SC, said decriminalising drugs is "not about being soft on crime but being smart on crime and stopping human suffering. Politicians need to be courageous and do what they know is right."
