The next tutorial in the Forbes Society series of legal history tutorials will be presented by the Chief Justice, the Hon T F Bathurst on** Thursday 18 October 2018** at 5.15pm in Banco Court. The title of the tutorial is, ‘The History of the Law of Commercial Arbitration’.
