The Law Council has published its fortnightly Update, with coverage of Commonwealth prosecution of Witness K and Bernard Collaery under the Intelligence Services Act 2001. There are stories on the Human Rights Commission's National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces and the LCA's shadow report to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child regarding Australia's compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
