New Lifetime Care and Support Guidelines

Revised Lifetime Care and Support Guidelines were published in the NSW Government Gazette on Wednesday 21 November 2018. The revised Guidelines now apply: - to all new plans and requests for services; - to all assessments of needs and decisions that Lifetime Care makes for plans and requests; - to all new applications to the Scheme (both interim and lifetime); and - to all new dispute applications.

The changes to the Guidelines are not intended to change eligibility for the Scheme or access to treatment and care services for participants. An information sheet summarising the key changes is attached, click here.
