The 35th Annual Great Bar Boat Race took place in wonderful conditions on Sydney Harbour on 17 December 2018, with blue skies and a good breeze but a bizarre funnel of fog across the Heads. With solid tactics and excellent sailing, Bruce Hodgkinson SC, Jeremy Gormly SC and Peter Allport on Coco took out line honours. First place on handicap went to Paul O’Donnell on Singapore Girl. The race finished on Store Beach with a picnic, swimming and a lot of laughs. Thank you to all competitors. See you next year!
