Vale: Frank Graham Lever SC (1946–2025)

Frank Lever SC, formerly of Blackstone Chambers, passed away on 11 December 2025. He was called to the Bar in 1981. A private funeral is being arranged, and a date will be set for a celebration of life in the new year.
