Revised Legal Aid NSW Mental Health Advocacy Practice Standards

Panel lawyers are advised that the Mental Health Advocacy Practice Standards have been revised. The new practice standards take effect from 3 November 2014.

Panel lawyers are required to comply with panel practice standards.

The revised practice standards contain important updates on panel lawyers' responsibilities to legally aided clients and Legal Aid NSW and file management requirements.
