The next Commercial Law Section CPD seminar will be held on ** Wednesday 31 July 2019** at 5.15pm in the Bar Association Common Room.

The seminar presented by Elizabeth Collins SC, Jonathon Redwood and Rebecca Gilsenan, and chaired by The Hon Justice Julie Ward, Chief Judge in Equity, will consider possible legislative reforms and changes in practice and procedure arising from the ALRC’s final report and related judicial developments.
