Civil Procedure Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2019 (NSW)

The NSW Government has published the Civil Procedure Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2019 (NSW) under the Civil Procedure Act 2005.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable in respect of civil proceedings and the functions exercised by the Sheriff. This Regulation is made under the Civil Procedure Act 2005, including section 18.
