On Wednesday, 7 August the Bar Association's Common Law Committee will host a CPD seminar: "The Online Court", to be presented by District Court Registrar James Howard. The seminar will examine and explain practical aspects of the Online Court, established by Practice Note DC (Civil) No.1B, and which applies to all matters in the General List in the District Court Sydney from 1 October 2018.
