Appointment of NCAT division head and deputy president

NCAT president, the Hon Justice Lea Armstrong, has announced that the attorney general has made the following appointments commencing on Monday, 9 September 2019:

• Mark Harrowell has been appointed as a deputy president and division head of NCAT’s Consumer and Commercial Division. Mr Harrowell was most recently a principal member of NCAT;
• Mr Stuart Westgarth, the previous division head of the Consumer and Commercial Division, retired from that position and has been reappointed as a part time deputy president. For further information view the NCAT website.
