Media update – the CTP scheme and minor injury

Further to yesterday’s _In Brie_f item (click here) concerning the Bar Association’s submission to the SIRA review of the minor injury definition, there has been coverage of the issue among a number of media outlets.

This afternoon President Tim Game SC appeared on the Steve Price Show on 2GB to put the association’s case regarding the effect of the “minor injury” test under the current Motor Accident Injuries scheme and the low proportion of payouts to the injured under that scheme.
