Workers Compensation (Indexation) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2019 (NSW)

The State Insurance Regulatory Authority has today published the Workers Compensation (Indexation) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2019 (NSW). The object of this Order is to declare increases in index numbers and adjustable amounts for the purposes of calculating various entitlements under the Workers Compensation Act 1987, the Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998 and the Workers' Compensation (Dust Diseases) Act 1942.
