Workers Compensation Amendment (Pre-injury Average Weekly Earnings) Regulation 2019 (NSW)

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has today made the above Regulation under the Workers Compensation Act 1987.

The object of this Regulation is to make provision for various matters in connection with the calculation of a worker's pre-injury average weekly earnings for the purposes of determining the worker's entitlement to weekly payments of compensation.
