Law Council President Arthur Moses SC has raised serious concerns about mandatory minimum sentencing provisions at Tuesday's hearing of the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee hearing into the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Sexual Crimes Against Children and Community Protection Measures) Bill 2019.
