ACICA launch Australian Arbitration Survey

ACICA has launched the Australian Arbitration Survey to gather empirical evidence from practitioners as to what works in arbitration and what can be improved on. The survey will assist by, contributing to a more meaningful conversation with corporate and government decision makers to drive further investment in the area; informing collective efforts to promote international commercial arbitration in Australia and Australian cities as arbitral venues; providing a baseline against which changes in usage and perceptions in this area can be assessed and enhancing the practice of arbitration in Australia. To take the survey it is necessary to first obtain a respondent number from ACICA. Details can be found here.
