18/11/2019

The Bar Book Project launched its website on 8 November 2019. This resource and information about the project, is now available to legal practitioners at the following link, click here.

The Bar Book project is a resource which publishes chapters of research relating to experiences of disadvantage and deprivation. The purpose of this resource, for practitioners, is to assist in the preparation and presentation of evidence to establish the application of the Bugmy principles. In addition to the research chapters, the website also provides access to relevant judicial speeches and conference papers and guidance on how the research chapters can be used. You can subscribe to the Bar Book project’s mailing list here to receive notifications of newly uploaded chapters, and of upcoming events.
