Understanding your sleep issues: you can’t fix something you don’t understand

04/12/2025

Thursday, 19 February 2026 — In-person, 5-6pm

‘Putting on my daytime eyes, a good enough disguise until I get some sleep.’ (lyrics from Get Some Sleep by Bic Runga)

Is lack of sleep impacting your daytime functioning? Insufficient sleep can impact your physical, mental and cognitive health in the long term. It can also lead to associated problems, such as reliance on sedatives.

In this CPD, Rosemary Clancy, a sleep/clinical psychologist at Sydney Sleep Centre, will explore common sleep issues as well as the use of cognitive behavioral therapy to improve sleep.

The CPD is presented by the Wellbeing Committee and will be chaired by Mick Ainsworth.
